Instructions and conditions of participation in the project:
  1. Video-Art work duration will be one minute only (1 min).
  2. Please mail only QUICK TIME ANIMATION FILE - BURNED ON DVD (other formats will not be accepted), to:
    P.O.Box 822 BNEY-BRAK, ISRAEL.
  3. Please email us one 8 x 5 inch (21x15 Cm) size stills photo describing the video work,
    as a jpg file of 220 DPI resolution;
  4. Submit for free NOW.
